My class is great for beginners or anyone looking to move more. No coordination required. Just move along with us. You don't have to get the moves right--you just have to TRY!! This is one of the best ways to increase your daily physical activity without feeling like a workout.
My class features traditional Zumba genres as well as popular well known Christmas tracks!!
