After 4 years of virtual Zumba classes, Please help me celebrate my 2 Year anniversary of teaching LIVE classes in Whitman.
My class is great for beginners or anyone looking to move more. No coordination required. Just move along with us. You don't have to get the moves right--you just have to TRY!! This is one of the best ways to increase your daily physical activity without feeling like a workout.
My class features traditional Zumba genres as well as some popular "top 40" sprinkled in.
