Hey mama, this class is designed for you and your child to dance following traditional Zumba rhythms and more! Upbeat music/Easy to follow moves for 1 hour which is just enough time for you to feel GOOD knowing your child got some physical activity and you got to participate too!

About the event
As a mother of 2 children, I know making sure my kids are getting enough physical activity is one of my priorities to help them feel their best. My goal is to introduce this type of fitness in a fun and achievable way with easy to follow moves and high energy!
This class will have traditional Zumba music as well as some Christmas TUNES! We will also be dressing up for the holiday season in tutus, bells, headbands, sweaters, etc!!
This class is an hour long class. Depending on the child, it can be a LONG time. I would encourage them to try as much as possible. Be prepared to have something for them to do at one of the many tables if they need it!
I suggest the children enrolled should be school aged to ensure the best experience for them.
