There are people from all abilities, ages and sizes that participate. While we are all doing versions of the same movement, we all look different..because we are!! We all move together and it's beautiful!

Will I be able to join your class?
Zumba - Anyone is welcome to participate in my class. With over 15 years of experience as a personal trainer, I focus on accommodating everyone in the room, regardless of their skill level. My aim is to connect with each individual throughout the song, offering "tools and cues" to facilitate learning and progress. The songs begin simply and gradually increase in intensity allowing everyone to modify as needed. Repeating sections provide additional chances to practice, and the playlist remains mostly consistent with a few added each week. The more you attend, the easier it becomes learn and improve your fitness.
Fitness-With over 15 years of training experience, I will train you at a level that is appropriate for you while in the group. Everyone is at a different level with their own backgrounds which means everyone will look different doing various levels of the same exercise.
Who attends your class?
Zumba - My classes are diverse welcoming all abilities, ages, and sizes. Most participants come to have fun and move, and my class isn't filled with professional dancers. Many have little to no prior dance experience, while others may have danced in their youth. Everyone is simply looking to get back in shape after some time away. Personally, I have never taken formal dance lessons. I just love to move anyway!! I lack coordination and make mistakes as an instructor sometimes. We are all human!
Fitness-Women of all ages and abilities at every stage in life!
Will I fit in your class?
Zumba - You might be surprised by how quickly you pick up the movements and improve your coordination! Skills will only develop if you give it a try. I've witnessed countless individuals who struggled initially but eventually mastered the steps through practice. Following the group can also help you stay on track, as we naturally move together.
Fitness-You will meet different people and be encouraged to work with someone who can help, inspire and be a part of the journey with!
